Appointments
To make an appointment, please contact us directly by calling (843) 301-0718. Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment.
A $50 deposit is required to hold the appointment which will be applied to the services rendered at treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled time.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged $50. A major credit card is needed to secure your appointment. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical office, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history information and consent forms.
If you are scheduled for dermal fillers, laser treatments or aesthetic treatment we recommend you arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare your skin for the treatment.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Payments, Refunds and Credits
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, Cash and Care Credit.

If a refund is requested for extenuating circumstances, the following applies:
You will be charged FULL PRICE PER TREATMENT of the procedure. Promotional package pricing will not apply. All discounts (e.g. monthly special) and credits issued (special offers, rebates, coupons) when you bought the service will be lost. A prorated refund will be calculated and applied to the original payment method.
Facial Aesthetics:
Aesthetic treatments such as Botox®, or other anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and lip fillers are non-refundable once the treatment has been undertaken. Understand that payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement for treatment and not for any specific result. NO RESULT IS GUARANTEED. Any and all medical cosmetic injectable services which are administered are not refundable.
The consent forms for these aesthetics treatments clearly state that there is no guarantee of outcome or satisfaction. Our aesthetics practitioners will be using their experience and clinical acumen to provide the best possible treatment result based on your customized consultation and selected products for injection.
Post Botox, Dysport, or other "anti-wrinkle treatment", a "touch-up" may be offered at the clinician’s discretion, but this should not be taken as an expectation. Our aim is for patients to be delighted with their results, however, we are also very careful to manage expectations, hence the thorough pre-treatment consultation.
There is no “touch-up” of dermal fillers, including lip filler. Any further required treatment will naturally need to be paid for if needed after physician review.
Any treatments issues relating to facial aesthetics work undertaken at Advanced Women’s Care needs to be highlighted and reviewed with a face to face review consultation with the treating clinician within a maximum of six months since having had the work done. All patients are requested to return for a two-week post treatment appointment review and photos.
In this time-frame, we will be sympathetic to the issues raised and will be aiming to correct any deficiencies. Our goal is to deliver optimal results based on your agreed upon physician recommended treatment plan.

Every patient will utilize Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or dermal fillers differently. The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness or vascular occlusion is explained prior to treatment. Allergic reaction will be treated and any event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction is a risk with every patient. Experiencing such a event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment.
Patient agrees to the injection treatment knowing the risk and have realistic expectations of the results and risk. Medications are administered as approved and ordered by the facility medical provider. Needles have a great risk of causing trauma and bruising along with swelling, redness and tenderness. These reactions are expected and normal with aesthetic injectables. Aesthetic medications are administered by a certified aesthetic injection provider and include on-label and off-label treatment areas based on the patient's desire and need as ordered.
