Please review the following terms and conditions below regarding: appointments, refunds, credits and cancellations.
To make an appointment, please contact us directly by calling (843) 301-0718. Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment.
A $50 deposit is required to hold the appointment which will be applied to the services rendered at treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled time.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged $50. A major credit card is needed to secure your appointment. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical ofﬁce, we require new patients to ﬁll out a brief medical history information and consent forms.
If you are scheduled for dermal ﬁllers, laser treatments or aesthetic treatment we recommend you arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare your skin for the treatment.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Payments, Refunds and Credits
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, Cash and Care Credit.
- Gift Certiﬁcates are available in any denomination. Gift certiﬁcates are non-refundable.
- A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.
- All prices, policies and services are subject to change without notice.
- We do not accept personal checks.
No Refunds on the following:
- Gift Certificates
- Services and series are exchangeable for other services, but not refundable.
- Skin care products and vitamins are not exchangeable or refundable at any point after purchase.
If a refund is requested for extenuating circumstances, the following applies:
You will be charged FULL PRICE PER TREATMENT of the procedure. Promotional package pricing will not apply. All discounts (e.g. monthly special) and credits issued (special offers, rebates, coupons) when you bought the service will be lost. A prorated refund will be calculated and applied to the original payment method.
