Katherine Coley, MD, FACOG is a Gynecology Specialist in Bluffton, SC and has over 22 years of experience in the medical field with a focus on hormonal balance and total female wellness. Along with Dr. Blusewicz, she has been training on the newest innovations in vaginal health and treatments for laxity, dryness, intimate comfort and bladder control. She is a master level aesthetic injector with a focus on neurotoxins, dermal filler, threads, body contouring and labial tightening, reduction and enhancement.

Available for daily blood draw from 8:00 - 3:30, breaking for lunch daily from 12:00 - 1:00. All services provided by LabCorp are billed separately from your doctor's visit by LabCorp, not our office.
All patients are encouraged to use the Patient Portal to securely message the physicians for refills and healthcare related questions.
We participate with most major insurance companies. Please consult your plan regarding our participation. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Please review your health insurance benefits prior to your visit. Procedures, ultrasounds, and surgery are often applied towards deductibles.
Abnormal Labs
Our physicians will require an office visit to review abnormal labs when:
During this visit the doctor will typically explain what the results mean and don't mean, answer questions, measure effectiveness of treatment, track or check for recurrence, and discuss medication options, as they deem medically appropriate. This type of visit is considered a billable office visit.
The first step to refilling your prescription is to use the Patient Portal to request a refill OR have your pharmacy send a refill request. The Patient Portal is always the fastest option.
DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS - USE THE PATIENT PORTAL.
Prescription refill requests can take up to 2 business days to process and complete. Please allow yourself at least one week to get the medication filled. Please plan ahead if the prescription is due on a weekend or holiday, and give us enough time to prepare the prescription.
Annual Renewal of Prescriptions
Any prescription dispensed on an annual basis requires an appointment at least once every 12 months for renewal. Patients on estrogen therapy are required to have an annual mammogram and pap, or as indicated by the physician.
Requests for same day walk in refills (requested by walking into the clinic) will not be honored. You must give the staff 2 business days to prepare the prescription. A request that is called in or faxed after 3pm will be considered a following day request.
We do not refill prescriptions after hours and on the weekends. There will be no refills after hours by any of our on-call physicians or physician assistants for any reason.
ANTIBIOTIC REFILLS: Only if the patient was seen and treated within last 30 days. at the physician's discretion. A follow-up appointment is required.
The on-call providers are to be called for emergencies only.
We do not prescribe any controlled prescriptions over the telephone.
CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTIONS (ex: PAIN MEDICATION) CAN NOT BE CALLED IN AFTER HOURS BY A PHYSICIAN OR NURSE.
OTHER PHONE-IN REQUESTS
All patients must be seen by a physician before any prescription medicine can be prescribed.
