Title: The Novel Use of Bipolar Radiofrequency Microneedling in the Treatment of Lichen Sclerosus
Summary: This breakthrough retrospective peer reviewed study explores the effects of bipolar radiofrequency (RF) with microneedling to treat the vaginal and vulvar symptoms of lichen sclerosus (LS), a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the genital skin and mucosa in women. Traditional treatments, especially corticosteroids, often fail to provide long-term relief. Thirty-three patients underwent a series of combination treatments using FormaV (bipolar RF) and Morpheus8V (RF with microneedling). The data showed a significant reduction or complete resolution in the most common LS symptoms in 86% of the patients undergoing treatment. In the case of itching, which is one of the most severe symptoms of LS, 91% of patients reported significant or complete resolution, and 90% of patients reported significant or complete improvement in the overall appearance of the vulvar tissue. Eighty-seven percent of patients reported symptom resolution lasting at least six months, with 39% of the patients having results lasting 12 months or more before recurrence.
Conclusion: Radiofrequency with microneedling as a treatment for persistent lichen sclerosus shows promise to improve the quality of life for the many women who suffer daily with it and its symptoms

The primary goal is to introduce and guide them through the benefits of EmpowerRF in addressing various issues such as urinary incontinence (UI), vaginal dryness, laxity, and Lichen Sclerosus.

Sharing her advanced protocols and practical application of EmpowerRF (Morpheus8V, FormaV and VTone), an innovative feminine wellness device, the group embraced her passion and results. Followed by a capacity-filled breakout session, she discussed in detail the "life-changing" results of the EmpowerRF for many of our patients. Hosting the Q&A session with internationally renowned urogynecologist Dr. Mickey Karram and Aviva expert Dr. Henry Ramirez, the questions flowed well beyond the allotted time. This group embraced EmpowerRF as a very viable option for treating some of most common issues of urinary incontinence, vaginal laxity, painful intimacy, vaginal dryness, mixed incontinence and vaginal aesthetic concerns.
